The Support Services Coordinator will engage with individuals on a variety of skill enhancement activities and group initiatives, including social skills, communication, education, vocational training, community participation, and daily living tasks. Essential Qualifications:

  • No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
  • High school diploma or GED required; candidates must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to assist in lifting program participants alongside another staff member
  • Required: valid driver's license, clean driving record, and readiness to operate agency vehicles
  • Successful completion of Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check
