Job Overview

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated Wellness Specialist to join our Community Support Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide resource development, skill development, and direct support to individuals with serious mental illness, helping them to fully integrate into their community of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized resource plans to enhance clients' independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust support plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a helping profession, such as social work, human services, counseling, or psychology.
  • Associate's degree in a helping profession plus a minimum of two years of experience in a community-based behavioral health care setting.
  • CPRP certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $39,000 - $46,000 annually.
