About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our donors, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure a positive experience
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
