Position Overview: This role is pivotal in delivering specialized expertise and operational support to the Human Capital department. The primary responsibility is to ensure adherence to a comprehensive array of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies while serving as the key resource for Recruiting and Talent Operations, alongside supporting additional departmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, enhancing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and administrative aspects of the recruitment process utilizing the Dayforce HRIS/ATS platform.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Capital team members to proactively assess workforce needs, ensuring a clear understanding of departmental operations and job specifications.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Formulate and implement recruitment strategies for various roles, including candidate sourcing, offer preparation, and onboarding activities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Design interview and selection processes aimed at minimizing bias and ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates against job requirements, advancing qualified individuals through the selection stages.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate connections with external talent through various sourcing tools to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with managers and internal stakeholders to enhance candidate awareness and referral processes.
  • Compensation Guidance: Provide candidates with insights regarding compensation, benefits, and organizational culture while managing candidate interactions throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Job Description Maintenance: Collaborate with Human Capital and managers to create and update job descriptions that accurately reflect the necessary competencies and skills.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor talent acquisition metrics and trends, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements based on data analysis.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Employer Branding: Effectively communicate the Beneficial State Bank employer brand to potential candidates, emphasizing our mission and vision.

HRIS Management:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Recruiting and Onboarding modules of the HRIS, ensuring colleagues are informed about system updates and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HRIS and assist in executing system configurations and integrations.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and preventative controls.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create training materials related to Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Provide support for other Human Capital and HRIS duties as needed.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training as required.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment operations, managing multiple requisitions in a web-based ATS.
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-state environment is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
