  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
