About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our tax credit property. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of tax credit regulations and be able to lead a team to achieve our company's goals.


Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train team members on tax credit requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management.
  • Property Management or Real Estate License preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
