Job Title: Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Sales Manager to join our team at Grainger. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
