US Account Representative

Aon is seeking a highly skilled US Account Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping clients understand, manage, and transfer risk through innovative reinsurance solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance/reinsurance industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Treaty. Fluency in Spanish is a must, with Portuguese being a plus. You will be responsible for supporting broking teams in servicing reinsurance clients, building internal and external networks, and sourcing new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support broking teams in servicing reinsurance clients
- Build internal and external networks to assist in growth efforts
- Source new revenue opportunities
- Communicate with and participate in reinsurer meetings and discussions
- Prepare formal reinsurance submission materials and executive-facing presentations
- Assist in the technical analysis of client information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Math, or a similarly quantitative or analytically oriented major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry with relevant knowledge and understanding of Treaty
- Fluency in Spanish, with Portuguese being a plus
- Validated analytical skills and prior analytical and problem-solving experience
- Solid understanding of Microsoft products, with intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
