Job Overview:
A highly sought-after Luxury Aesthetic Sales Professional is required to join our esteemed team at Insight Global. This role involves promoting and selling comprehensive nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments, with a focus on exceeding monthly sales goals and maintaining excellence in weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This dynamic individual will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals in achieving their aesthetic aspirations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Utilizing a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Conducting one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patients to take positive actions.
  • Addressing patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Managing revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Offering patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrated success in a luxury goods, consultative plastic surgery or aesthetic sales environment; an outstanding verbal communicator and active listener with strong emotional acumen; knowledge of Nextech and other practice management/clinical systems;
