Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative position is a key role in providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls with the objective of one-call resolution.
  • Facilitate and resolve issues with discrepancies and/or customer complaints to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Audit company service programs to ensure compliance with 100% follow-up through customer callbacks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
  • MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.
