Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management:
Enhance and cultivate existing client relationships while establishing new accounts to drive revenue growth.
Sales Projections:
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and perform market assessments to inform strategic initiatives.
Market Research:
Analyze market segments to identify potential growth avenues.
Sales Strategy:
Develop daily action plans utilizing CRM tools and a systematic calling approach to optimize sales opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Coordinate sales events, training sessions, and lead generation initiatives to strengthen client relationships. Tailor sales presentations to enhance annual sales performance.
Pricing Strategy:
Recommend pricing adjustments within established guidelines based on market dynamics and analysis.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer concerns swiftly, investigate issues, and propose solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive sales records, including customer profiles and sales metrics by territory/account.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry. Extensive knowledge of the building products sector and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel environments. Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with major industry competitors is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset focused on integrity and self-motivation.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $75,000 plus sales bonuses, car allowance, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one.
