As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and driving utilization for approved CV products with appropriate patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, primary care, and pharmacy staff.
- Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV products and work closely with other Bayer commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers and community HCPs.
- Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes, nephrology, and CVD, as well as the marketplace, competitors, and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges.
- Provide relevant and thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region.
- Develop and implement effective customer-specific territory plans and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance and demonstrated leadership.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and 2+ years of experience in the promotion of cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or nephrology pharmaceuticals.
