Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Care Trainee to join our Facilities Management team. This position plays a crucial role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Facilities Management services, handling incoming calls and correspondence.

Essential Qualifications:
