About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Customer Care Trainee to join our team at IRT Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Facilities Management services
  • Respond to or triage all in-bound phone calls and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain databases and records
  • Provide advice and support to all stakeholders
  • Perform general office administration duties across the site

Requirements:

  • Ability and desire to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration or another relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to show judgement and common sense in decision making
  • Ability to respond to change in a positive and flexible manner
  • Ability to build rapport and tailor communication to targeted audience
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
