  • Assists with lobby activation and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilizes proper procedures when handling guest PPI data.
  • Follows through on guest requests and resolves complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participates in the Front Desk upsell program.
  • Retrieves necessary identification documents and payment upon guest arrival.

Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
