Alterations Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our team at David's Bridal. As a key member of our Alterations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless alterations experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and service customers with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star customer experience.
  • Meet all service vows, including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at once and contribute to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
  • Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness.
  • Perform duties and tasks as assigned by store management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful.
  • Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.
