Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and seasoned Sales Training Specialist to elevate our outsourced sales team's capabilities. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in crafting and executing training initiatives that empower our sales force to meet objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative educator, adept at integrating new training methodologies to effectively train a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for both new and existing sales personnel, focusing on Snap Ads product knowledge, effective sales strategies, and customer interaction techniques.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance the design and delivery of training content.
  • Curate and distill extensive information into impactful learning modules that resonate with the sales team.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems to efficiently manage and assess training effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development and continuous enhancement of the Snap Sales Onboarding Program.
  • Create engaging training resources, including manuals and presentations, to support educational initiatives.
  • Employ strong stakeholder management skills to work with sales leaders and quality assurance teams to identify improvement areas and tailor training accordingly.
  • Evaluate sales representatives' performance and provide constructive feedback for ongoing development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to enrich training content.
  • Assess the success of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Mastery in facilitation techniques.
  • Proven experience in developing educational modules and creating interactive eLearning content independently.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools and video/audio production technologies that generate interaction and feedback data.
  • Solid understanding of the technology, media, or digital advertising sectors.
  • Experience in producing enablement materials for professional settings.
  • Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources effectively.
  • Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Training role or similar capacity, ideally within the digital advertising domain.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and digital advertising products.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to inspire and motivate sales teams.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing training technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
