The Continuous Improvement Specialist will join the Process and Performance team, playing a crucial role in the transformation of the organization by defining excellence standards for Enterprise Technology. This position ensures that teams prioritize effectively and serves as the process expertise hub for a streamlined and productive organization. The specialist will identify process challenges within the organization, develop and implement impactful solutions, and evaluate outcomes to foster ongoing enhancements.

This role integrates processes and systems to provide tools and efficiencies throughout the workflow. Responsibilities include researching current process features and advising management on strategies to enhance quality, minimize errors, boost efficiency, and optimize resources. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, are essential.

The team focuses on key organizational areas that require improved effectiveness and efficiency, aiming to achieve cost savings and enhance customer satisfaction across Business Segments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify strengths and opportunities for process enhancement, linking business strategies with improvement initiatives.
• Assist in modeling business processes utilizing various tools and methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and formulate recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to identify and define opportunities, outlining potential value and ROI while recognizing risks and constraints.
• Support Senior Architects in interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices.
• Capture tactical and strategic business objectives, ensuring traceability throughout the organization and mapping them to metrics for ongoing governance.
• Evaluate existing processes through interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, and other analytical methods.
• Define shared data elements across business units and their relationships with processes, personnel, systems, and other components.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate across various areas to achieve common business goals.
• Produce and review necessary process documentation to educate stakeholders, including As-Is and To-Be flows, RACIs, guidelines, procedures, and presentations.
• Compile reports to document the status of process improvements and changes.
• Monitor metrics to identify areas for enhancement and track results.
• Understand relational database structures and perform basic data analysis.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred or related field).
• ITIL Certification (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)

• A strong passion for utilizing data to address challenging questions.
• Ability to investigate and analyze complex scenarios, providing innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Keen attention to detail.
