Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our nonprofit clients, ensuring their payment processing needs are met, and helping them achieve their fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove customer service to our nonprofit clients, ensuring their payment processing needs are met.
  • Onboard new clients, including sending welcome emails and updating Salesforce.
  • Perform phone, webinar, and onsite training for newly acquired clients on processing tools and reporting.
  • Provide phone and email support for high-profile clients.
  • Analyze, research, and resolve account issues, including account reconciliation, equipment/gateway/integration troubleshooting, and refund requests.
  • Initiate maintenance requests and ensure account changes are completed to specification.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bankcard industry experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • A passion for the nonprofit sector.
  • Exudes a customer-first attitude focused on achieving outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to develop strong rapport with internal and external partners.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain an above-average knowledge of First American, iATS Payments, and third-party acquirer workflow, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Excellent track record of hitting goals, milestones, and deliverables with aggressive deadlines and competing prioritization.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who can proactively identify issues and find creative solutions to complex situations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
