Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist plays a vital role in customer engagement and is an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering a range of services, solutions, support, and information that fosters trust, confidence, and enduring business partnerships. An NT Window Inc Client Relations Specialist is expected to consistently prioritize the interests of both the organization and the client, demonstrating strong ethical standards and a service-oriented mindset.
Reporting Structure:
- N/A
- This role serves as the primary internal contact for clients seeking information about products, pricing, availability, and applications.
- Responsibilities include providing technical assistance to clients, which encompasses preparing quotes, promoting products and services, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing invoicing, and handling product returns.
- It is essential for this position to ensure that all client inquiries are thoroughly addressed and that all necessary transactions related to quotes and order fulfillment align with client expectations.
Educational Background:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred but not required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer support/service and/or inside sales, preferably within the window and door industry or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in window and door manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- This position requires a strong customer focus, excellent verbal communication, and precise written skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff.
- A commitment to ethical practices and a strong sense of organizational awareness.
- Regularly required to sit and communicate effectively.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and use hands for handling or feeling.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Compensation:
$19 - $20 per hour.
