Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives, including comprehensive business assessments, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
  • Conduct valuation analysis and perform rigorous analysis of operational and financial impact of potential transactions.
  • Participate in and prepare for meetings and due diligence sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support financial and operational due diligence analysis of business opportunities, identifying and resolving key deal issues.
  • Develop and present executive-level memoranda, presentations, and detailed financial analysis to share with senior leadership.
  • Research, review, and screen potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.
  • Support ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks to enhance the group's infrastructure and connectivity with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree required.
  • 4+ years of progressive and relevant experience in healthcare or business development functions.
  • 0-1 year project management experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility and project complexity.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Strong project analysis, project management, problem-solving, brainstorming, and planning skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to break complex project plans into defined pieces.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise product presentations and to write clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in engaging care providers with varying roles, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, suggest, and implement process change.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in database management, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Flexibility to work with short deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of legal agreements, third-party reimbursement, and revenue models, design/construction needs and processes, and compensation models.
