The Bowery Residents Committee is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned staff, maintaining staff schedules, and providing administrative assistance to program directors and residence managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned staff members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules
- Provide administrative support to program directors and residence managers
- Manage program inventory and ordering of office and program supplies
- Purchase furniture and equipment for program units
- Prepare and submit reports and documents as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
