Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager Market Support to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong customer relationships through a team-based selling model, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and troubleshoot delivery issues, working closely with the transportation department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collect accounts receivable and communicate with clients and the credit department to resolve any issues.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and resources to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity, sharing valuable insights with customers to enhance their experience.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
Working Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, often in variable weather conditions. A valid driver's license and a good motor vehicle record are essential for this position.
