Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Job Overview:

This role focuses on overseeing customer-specific and state agency regulatory compliance data for all products produced across various locations. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will also be tasked with managing the regulatory submission calendar. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating collaborative qualities in all interactions
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Communicating compliance information to customers
  • Monitoring compliance documentation and registrations with state agencies
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory intelligence
  • Developing internal procedures for new regulatory requirements
  • Assessing risks in Safety Data Sheets
  • Maintaining the regulatory submission calendar
  • Reviewing complaints for compliance
  • Approving label proofs
  • Executing additional regulatory tasks as required

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in Quality or Regulatory roles or 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.

Experience: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Familiarity with FDA submissions and customer service operations is preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with knowledge of Microsoft Access and FDA listing software.

Work Environment: A professional office setting utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements: Regular verbal communication and standing, with occasional walking and manual dexterity.
