Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Job Overview:

The role focuses on overseeing customer-specific and state agency regulatory compliance documentation for all products produced across multiple facilities. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will also be tasked with maintaining the regulatory submission calendar. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating effectively with team members in all interactions
  • Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance
  • Communicating regulatory compliance details to customers
  • Monitoring compliance documentation and registrations with state agencies
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory updates and intelligence
  • Developing internal processes for new regulations
  • Assessing risks associated with Safety Data Sheets
  • Managing the regulatory submission calendar
  • Reviewing complaints for compliance adherence
  • Approving product label proofs
  • Executing additional regulatory tasks as required

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years in Quality or Regulatory roles or 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.

Experience: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience with FDA submissions and customer service is advantageous.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity in Microsoft Access and FDA listing software.

Work Environment: A professional office setting equipped with standard office tools.

Physical Requirements: Regular verbal communication and standing, with occasional walking and manual dexterity.
