This position requires full on-site presence.

Role Overview:

The Manager of Clinical Coordination is responsible for the effective management and oversight of various academic and administrative functions within the clinical education framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage assessments within the electronic testing platform for students.
  • Coordinate and oversee the Google calendar for scheduling purposes.
  • Revise and update standard curriculum documents as necessary, including syllabus templates and policies.
  • Track and input course grades accurately.
  • Supervise the development of dental courses.
  • Manage electronic class schedules for all courses.
  • Prepare and submit final grades for courses for review and approval.
  • Assist the Office of Academic Affairs with scheduling course evaluations as required.
  • Generate end-of-course summary reports for all courses as needed.
  • Collaborate with faculty to categorize exam questions for statistical analysis.
  • Schedule and supervise make-up and remediation examinations as required.
  • Organize assessment review sessions for students.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for adjunct faculty.
  • Participate in relevant committees as assigned.
  • Facilitate Board Review Sessions and oversee the Mock Board examination, including weekend sessions in collaboration with the Course Director.
  • Assist with special events and faculty advancements as requested by the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and educational administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and internet applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities, including setting targets and timelines.
  • Ability to implement and assess programs and student work effectively.
  • Facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Capacity to engage and motivate students while communicating effectively with faculty and staff.
  • Adept at working in both small and large group settings.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
