Position Overview:
The Client Compliance Supervisor (Night Manager) is tasked with overseeing the quality assurance of general operational activities, enhancing client satisfaction, and collaborating effectively with Independent Contractors (IC).

Key Responsibilities:
The Night Manager is expected to operate both independently and as part of a team across various environments, including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail settings.

It is essential for the Night Manager to exercise sound judgment when addressing client concerns and to engage others as necessary to fulfill client requirements.

Essential Duties:
1. Foster and sustain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house staff by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
2. Review project scopes to ensure quality assurance in accordance with account specifications, aiming to retain current business and attract new clients.
3. Maintain daily communication with the Facility Services Manager regarding urgent issues, including nightly summaries via email or phone.
4. Recommend IC work assignments, ensuring adherence to client standards and company protocols, and take action if service level agreements are not met.
5. Oversee inspections, address customer complaints, manage customer requests, and provide special attention to new client onboarding or VIP services.
6. Implement City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, including the appropriate use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
8. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services sector.
- A minimum of three years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams across multiple locations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to innovation and continuous process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Shift Hours:
Evening shifts starting between 5-7 PM and concluding between 1-3 AM.
