Cherrydale Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate MDS Coordinator with a license to practice as a Registered Nurse for our 180-bed skilled nursing facility in Arlington.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and effective interpersonal skills to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include completing minimum data set assessments, creating comprehensive plans of care, and developing and completing the patient assessment process in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.
