Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Roers Companies LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our multifamily housing properties, including The Balsam on Broadway in St. Paul, MN.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve property performance goals set by management, including occupancy rates and rent collections.
- Maintain strong resident relations, ensuring residents are satisfied with the community and its amenities.
- Oversee the leasing of apartments, including marketing and leasing initiatives for new developments.
- Direct property operations and staff in the most cost-effective and efficient manner, including maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders and building repairs are completed in a timely and correct manner.
- Oversee and manage rent collections and bank deposits, including pursuing delinquent rents and evictions.
- Supervise resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
- Work with the Regional Director to develop, monitor, and achieve annual budget objectives.
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
- Lease-up experience and knowledge of affordable housing programs are preferred.
- Experience managing a property budget and supervising maintenance staff.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of internet, email, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work every other weekend and flexible schedule, including peak season.
