Territory Sales Executive

TYM North America Inc is seeking an experienced Sales Territory Development Manager to join our team. This role will be based in the Upper Mid-West region, covering key states such as ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, and IL.
Job Summary:This is a sales-based position responsible for driving revenue growth within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned customer base.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tractor/agricultural equipment sales, with a successful track record in territory management.
- Strong understanding of the tractor/agricultural equipment market and industry dynamics within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
- A generous salary of $80,000 per year, plus potential monthly commission.
