Sales Opportunity with Purpose and High-Income Potential

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional - Community Services to join our team at Community Services of America, CSA. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing your personal territory, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales impact in small businesses across Iowa.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of outside sales success, or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales, and a strong work ethic and personal integrity. You will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in local communities, while also enjoying a comprehensive benefits package, travel allowance, company-paid trips, and an annual sales convention. Our top producers earn over $100,000 annually, and we offer a transitional salary structure to give new representatives time to establish roots and grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering long-term connections and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to support small businesses, helping them grow and succeed within their communities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to provide outstanding support to clients.
  • Represent our company in a way that reflects Christian values of honesty, service, and stewardship.

Earnings Potential: $60,000 to over $100,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a flexible spending card. Company-paid insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance up to $50,000, and 401(k) matching are also provided.
