Job Opportunity

Central Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at South Houston Nissan.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our dealership. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, explaining features and demonstrating vehicle operation, and developing business plans to exceed revenue expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom or on the road
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve budgeted goals
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales organization on automotive trends and sales opportunities
  • Assess client business requirements and create gap analysis and transition roadmaps for products, solutions, and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent reputation for building customer relationships
  • Complete understanding of the automotive business, including customer targeting, sales strategy, operations, and marketing
  • Documented experience and success working directly with auto dealers to enhance their business's success
  • Proven experience developing, coaching, and managing both a team and sales process
  • Ability to multitask across various strategic initiatives

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
