Job Overview

Exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established team supporting the Chief Operating Officer.

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the investment evaluation and approval processes related to synergy and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates, interprets, and executes financial and business strategies for effective financial planning and oversight.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis to assess current and projected financial and operational outcomes.
  • Collects, evaluates, and synthesizes recommendations for financial strategies, acquisition activities, future operational needs, and forecasts.
  • Performs economic research and analysis in areas such as return rates, depreciation, working capital needs, investment prospects, performance, and regulatory impacts.
  • Enhances professional expertise by applying organizational policies and procedures to address various challenges.
  • Tackles moderately complex issues where situational or data analysis necessitates consideration of multiple business factors.
  • Utilizes judgment within established protocols to determine suitable actions.
  • Fosters productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Functions as an individual contributor capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and teams.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in finance, business, or economics preferred, along with relevant experience in corporate finance or management consulting.
  • Typically requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of pertinent experience in a large corporate finance setting or with a management consulting firm.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills to evaluate business cases.
  • Excellent communication abilities to convey analysis and insights to decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to consult and engage across functions to drive processes and initiatives.
