Job Title: Contract Pediatric Patient Services Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a Contract Pediatric Patient Services Representative to support our dental clinic. As a key member of the Patient Services department, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from greeting to checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level customer service to patients, including greeting, routing, and record maintenance.
  • Monitor daily clinic operations, assigning and reviewing work of student and/or casual employees.
  • Assign patients to dental students, maintain appointment books, and triage emergencies.
  • Process health-related transactions, calculate payments, and update files and records.
  • Handle inquiries requiring additional investigation and/or specialized knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a Pediatric Patient Service role
  • Experience in the dental industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
