Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Firm in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to multiple partners, ensuring seamless communication and task management.
  • Manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate contact database information and manage T&E documentation.
  • Plan and execute special events throughout the year, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of work products for clients and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the existing group administrator and executive assistant to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the financial community, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital firms.
  • High energy level, team player attitude, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
  • Effective liaison and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to professional conduct.
