We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver to ensure exceptional service for our clientele while efficiently distributing products. Your role will involve understanding client needs, addressing inquiries regarding our offerings, and proposing effective solutions. Ultimately, your efforts will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute positively to the store's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with enthusiasm and attentiveness.
  • Welcome and guide customers throughout their visit.
  • Provide precise information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about specific products and services.
  • Facilitate purchasing decisions through price and feature comparisons.
  • Encourage additional product purchases.
  • Maintain fully stocked displays.
  • Handle merchandise returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service, especially during busy periods.
  • Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
  • Relay customer feedback to management.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Deliver a variety of items to various locations using designated routes.
  • Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
  • Solicit feedback on services provided and address any client complaints.
  • Educate customers about new products and services.
  • Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the Green Industry.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a DOT Med Card for a Non-CDL vehicle.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering trust with customers.
  • Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Clean driving record with no traffic violations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
  • Experience operating forklifts and tractors in various conditions (training available for suitable candidates).
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Familiarity with inventory stocking processes.
