The Customer Service Representative for Automotive Solutions operates under the guidance of the Service Manager to facilitate service bookings, process customer payments for parts and service tasks, while interacting with clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, warmly welcome and assist customers and prospects
  • Calculate customer invoices utilizing the dealership's software system
  • Process payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, ensuring accurate documentation on repair orders or service tickets
  • Provide change accurately and issue receipts to clients
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department and inform relevant personnel of their arrival
  • Collaborate effectively with the service team and other internal departments
  • Engage with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Assist in the scheduling and confirmation of service appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers due for routine maintenance
  • Schedule various types of appointments (in-person, drop-off, shuttle, loaner, mobile service, etc.)
  • Arrange follow-up appointments for customers awaiting parts delivery

  • Outstanding communication and listening skills, with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Reliable and adaptable, capable of managing a flexible schedule in a dynamic work environment
