We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Engineering Science and Analysis (ESA) team. - Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members.
- Process new hire and termination move orders, and enter ITS and Facilities help desk tickets.
- Arrange catering and plan for employee events or internal meetings.
- Represent the organizational unit in working with administrative policies and procedures.
- Learn and become proficient in enterprise systems, rules, and procedures.
- Work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the Company.
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.
- Extensive computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications) and high-level administrative skills.
- Ability to work with considerable independence and as part of the team.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently.
- Demonstrated decision making based on knowledge of organization policies and procedures, and the Director's requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site four days (Monday – Thursday) each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
