Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator II to join our team at Blue Canyon Technologies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and administering customer requests for proposals and contract documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review customer requests for proposals, identifying proposal requirements and reviewing terms and conditions.
  • Work with senior contracts personnel and subject matter experts to review, redline, and negotiate complex contracts and contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain contract files throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Draft complex letters communicating business positions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, government specifications, and other requirements.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable regulations.
  • Timely communication of contract information and issue resolution with appropriate parties.
  • Interface with internal and external customers on contractual matters.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in the appropriate discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS and experience administering government and commercial contracts/subcontracts.
  • Experience with fixed price, cost reimbursable, award fee, and incentive fee contracts.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent organization, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
