Job Title: Production Planner II

Blue Canyon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Production Planner II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the movement of raw materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related material through our production and inventory process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production activity to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of materials timed to meet our production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot potential scheduling problems, provide solutions, and track production and material deficiencies.
  • Coordinate and prioritize across multiple programs and products as work orders flow through the production and test process.
  • Facilitate project issues with various functional areas of the company.
  • Drive relevant project and project status communications.
  • Coordinate and review and track Engineering Changes for assigned projects.
  • Assist with milestone presentations.
  • Assist department and/or cross-functional team in process improvement activities.
  • Identify and work to resolve all conflicts encountered on assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Production Planner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and MRP/ERP Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong regard for product quality and safety standards.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
