Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team at FirstCarbon Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, performing, and overseeing the engineering, design, and construction of remedial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project documents in accordance with client requirements and company guidelines and procedures.
  • Primary contact and interface with clients and regulators.
  • Provide technical oversight on project-specific engineering requirements.
  • Design and oversee engineering projects.
  • Management of remediation system operation and maintenance projects.
  • Manage assigned projects, including budget tracking, invoice approval, and team management.
  • Participate in the proposal and budget creation process.
  • Supervise the Level I and II staff remotely or occasionally on-site.
Requirements:
  • Professional Engineering Registration (PE) preferred.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPR.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 5-10 years of professional consulting experience in Site Assessment, Characterization, and Remediation.
  • Experience and understanding of groundwater extraction and treatment systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
