About the Role

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a skilled Healthcare IT Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical system installations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, including target dates, resource requirements, and statuses.
  • Provide systems training and assist in compiling training documentation.
  • Work with secondary applications, including ongoing support, vacation coverage, and troubleshooting interfaces.
  • Adhere to service level agreement standards and take the initiative in enhancing system performance and optimizing department processes.
  • Lead small projects as needed and have a background in clinical care and documenting in electronic medical record systems.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience providing care directly to patients and documenting care provided.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a highlight in customer service.
  • Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Operations experience with various healthcare departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Possibility of travel based on assigned projects.
Preferred Skills
  • Registered Nurse with 2 years of clinical experience.
  • LTAC Industry knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and ITIL standards.
  • System integration/interface experience.
  • HL7 and interface engine experience.
  • Previous Project Management, Project Implementation, or IT Systems Analysis experience.
