Position: Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

As a vital member of Scene Health, the Healthcare Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating patient engagement and ensuring seamless access to our innovative services. Our comprehensive approach to medication adherence combines personalized support, education, and technology to tackle the significant challenge of medication nonadherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential patients through various communication channels, including phone calls, texts, and emails, to introduce them to Scene Health's services.
  • Utilize exceptional listening skills to understand patient needs, identifying suitable programs and services that align with their health requirements and insurance coverage.
  • Guide patients through the enrollment process, providing motivational support and clear explanations to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and demographics within our CRM system.
  • Assist patients in navigating the Spotlight mobile application, offering guidance on setup and usage for optimal support from our Patient Solutions team.
  • Collaborate with management to establish performance goals and utilize effective time management and critical thinking skills to exceed them.
  • Adapt to evolving services and processes to better meet patient needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a preference for outside sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of remote work experience with a dedicated workspace.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and helping individuals achieve their health goals.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
