$27.50 - $30.50 / hour

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will form relationships with residents, their families, and physicians to devise care plans that reflect critical thinking and a strategic perspective. You'll coach your co-workers in promptly addressing resident needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness. Working with physicians, you'll oversee their orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care is delivered around the clock. In this role, you will educate residents and their families on health matters pertinent to their care, while also serving as and sharing the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proof of valid LPN license in good standing from the State Of Pennsylvania
  • CPR Certification (options available to help obtain with facility covering costs)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in this position
