Job Title: Administrative Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at West Tennessee Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in monitoring processes and programs, coordinating and monitoring various processes, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety and licensure issues for all offices.
- Manage credentialing of staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safety program.
- Set a good example for staff in terms of quality care of clients, conscientious management of responsibilities, good rapport with staff, professionalism, and on-time commitments.
- Handle a high volume of divergent demands effectively through good organization, setting of priorities, timely decision making, and stress management.
- Relate well to other departments and staff at all levels within the organization, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Understand and implement all guidelines set forth by licensing bodies and funding sources.
- Plan and implement new programs, processes, and/or services in conjunction with administration and other programs affected by these developments.
- Manage Athletic Trainers reporting and submit to Director on a quarterly basis.
- Work with Marketing Manager on Social media presence for all clinics.
- Maintain overall policy and procedure books for all clinics.
- Maintain state regulations for all clinics.
- Update and educate management staff on new regulations as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
