Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care delivery models and services that enhance patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Apply nursing values and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Foster transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability in the operating room.
  • Optimize resource allocation to support current and potential objectives and initiatives.
  • Direct a multidisciplinary workforce to provide clinically competent, efficient, and compassionate care.

Requirements:

  • BSN: MSN or completion of a master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or administration within 3 years of hire.
  • Minimum 3 years of surgical management experience; 3-5 years of experience in surgery.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • Preferred: Certification in AORN or CNOR.
