Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + bonus potential

Role Overview:

We are in search of a Branch Manager to oversee our team of technicians and guarantee efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational activities effectively.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide direct oversight of the Division Supervisor and daily operations.
  • Monitor service levels of deliveries to optimize efficiency.
  • Suggest improvements for operational practices and customer service quality.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels within the branch.
  • Analyze and report on operational performance.
  • Evaluate and enhance daily work efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Division Supervisor to ensure timely and profitable task completion.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to fulfill operational planning and performance improvement needs.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for branch employees.
  • Maintain effective communication with the home office and leadership team.
  • Foster employee development and career advancement.
  • Provide timely updates regarding inventory and significant upcoming events.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of advancement to a management position.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of managing large-scale tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience with AMCS/Tower & Lytx is preferred but not mandatory.
