Job Title: X-Ray Field Service Engineer

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced X-Ray Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of medical imaging equipment
  • Install and configure new equipment, including site planning and preparation
  • Order and manage parts and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of service tickets
  • Provide on-call service coverage, responding to customer needs outside of regular business hours
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including service tickets, time sheets, and expense reports
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electronics or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in medical imaging field service, with proven knowledge and skills in diagnosing and repairing medical imaging equipment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
Competencies:
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic computer skills, including Windows and networking applications
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include regular use of hands to handle medical equipment and tools, frequent standing, walking, and sitting, and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, and crouching. The ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more is also required.
