Job Summary

The Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management is a key leadership position responsible for driving strategic enrollment initiatives and overseeing the development of a comprehensive enrollment management plan. This role requires a strong understanding of higher education operations, business acumen, and the ability to lead a collaborative team in achieving institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SEM division in innovation and execution of significant program change management.
  • Liaise with the VP for SEM to make decisions and recommendations regarding operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Review regulatory information and documents as necessary, bring sensitive matters forward, and make recommendations to the VP to navigate complex problems.
  • Develop and monitor the division's strategy to ensure alignment with the evolving competitive environment and risk appetite.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, educational leadership, public policy, or a related field.
  • Eight years of experience in higher education, business operations, project management, or a related field.
Benefits
