About the Role

The Medi-Cal Strategic Planning and Performance team at Blue Shield of California is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Leader to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategy, annual plans, performance reporting, and executive communications that drive business growth and inform executive leadership decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate at a strategic business level to ensure projects/programs align with Blue Shield of California's strategic goals.
  • Consult with senior management, make recommendations, and influence decision-making to drive business growth.
  • Implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality content that reflects the ideas of senior leaders and supports corporate strategies and business objectives.
  • Leverage cross-functional internal and external relationships to drive initiatives forward and support the development of executive-level materials and presentations.
  • Partner with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders throughout the Enterprise on a multitude of projects, planning efforts, and priorities in support of Blue Shield of California's goals.
